We collaborated with an architect from the Annecy region (France) to construct this two-level timber-framed house, harmoniously integrated into a vast garden.

Our collaboration extended from spatial planning to layout design, including technical aspects such as electrical planning. We also managed the detailed documentation to ensure quality and precision in execution.

Guiding our client in material selection was also part of our role, covering both interior and exterior elements like facades, kitchen fittings, and equipment, to create a functional and aesthetic space. The harmonious combination of wood, metal, and stone was chosen to evoke a warm and contemporary atmosphere.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming space that provides access to either the upper floor, featuring living areas, a home office, and a master suite, or the lower floor, comprising 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fitness room, and a laundry room.

Upon entry, the immediate charm unfolds under a magnificent exposed timber framework, revealing a cathedral-style living room with expansive windows, an open kitchen, and a dining area.
