Interior architecture and design :
Cécile Morel
We were responsible for the civil works, interior fittings, and decoration. Our goal was to design administrative spaces, restrooms, as well as three 100 m2 classrooms that perfectly met the needs of both children and teachers, following the principles of the Montessori concept of “prepared environment”. The classrooms are distinguished by their functionality, brightness, and connection to the outdoors, fostering a stimulating learning environment.
We developed the school’s identity by immersing ourselves in the Montessori philosophy through extensive research. Our primary objective was to integrate wooden fixtures into the decor to symbolize nature and sustainability, core values of the Montessori approach. Thus, we created a linear arrangement with wooden slats running from floor to ceiling, precisely delineating different spaces within each of the three classrooms. We also carefully selected floor and wall coverings suitable for a school environment, along with Montessori-specific furniture aimed at enhancing children’s concentration, exploration, and creativity.
As interior architects, participating in projects for children is an incredibly rewarding experience that brings us immense satisfaction.

Architecte recommendation :
« Hereby I confirm to whom it may concern that you collaborated as an interior architect in the creation of a private preschool at 1 Ch. Pré-de-la Bichette, Le Grand-Saconnex in 2017. We were appointed by the property owner for the main structural and finishing works, while your office handled the interior fittings and finishes. Your proposed architecture was highly satisfactory and aligned perfectly with the original project. You consistently responded to our requests promptly and effectively, ensuring seamless coordination between our two architectural firms to the great satisfaction of the owner and users alike. At no point did your work scheduling impede our operations, and you contributed very positively to both the owner’s and operator’s project execution. In fact, we have confidently recommended your services to clients seeking interior architecture services, and will continue to do so. I wish you continued success in your future projects, and we remain available to confirm our highly positive feedback to your prospective clients if needed. »
