Hicham, a luxury hospitality expert in Geneva, and Guven, a restaurateur in Lugano, are joining forces to create a new restaurant in the Étang district of Geneva. Their vision is to offer an authentic culinary experience that brings together a diverse clientele.

The restaurant caters to local families by offering traditional Italian cuisine that evokes the comforting flavors of Nonna’s cooking.

We managed the entire process, from applying for construction permits to supervising the work, including the installation of all technical systems and the setup of kitchen equipment. We created a welcoming and attractive space, featuring a central bar over 7 meters long, an open kitchen, and a pizza area, both interacting with the dining area.

Our decor concept was designed to harmoniously integrate into the urban environment, with a reimagined industrial setting that is sure to appeal to a diverse clientele. The wooden parquet flooring adds warmth and authenticity, while the green-colored walls create a lively and friendly atmosphere. Bistro-style furniture and varied lighting fixtures add rhythm to the space, while the plant suspensions on the ceiling bring a touch of lightness, reminiscent of the lush vegetation visible through the large windows.

From the project’s inception, we envisioned a decor featuring pizza paddles, which inspired the restaurant’s name, LA PALA!
