We designed and fitted out the sales office as a genuine showcase for the development, conceived to encourage projection and highlight the architectural quality of the project.

To guide buyers in their choices, we developed three distinct decorative concepts — “Timeless,” “Loft,” and “Elegance” — presented through mood boards, 3D visualizations, and a comprehensive selection of materials, finishes, and furniture references.

In parallel, we implemented a personalized buyer support service, including showroom appointments for the selection of finishes, sanitary equipment, and kitchen layouts, along with tailored advice on interior planning and decoration. This approach ensured coherence, quality, and enhanced value for each apartment.

A specific mandate was also entrusted to us for the complete design of a 180 sqm penthouse extended by a 180 sqm terrace. From space planning and electrical layouts to the creation of bespoke joinery — including walk-in wardrobes, custom libraries integrating a fireplace and television, and cabinetry with built-in wine storage — every element was carefully considered. The terrace was designed as a true outdoor living space, featuring a jacuzzi area and a bar.

This project demonstrates our ability to contribute to large-scale residential developments while combining global vision, technical precision, and bespoke client support.
