Luxury Aesthetic Beauty Center

Au Lodge by Loïc Hauck is a high-end aesthetic treatment center located at 18 boulevard Helvétique in Geneva, within a second-floor apartment of a listed Haussmann-style building.

Designed as an exclusive and discreet destination, the space harmoniously combines the refinement of historic architecture with the standards of a contemporary beauty environment.

We were commissioned for a comprehensive interior architecture mission, including the overall project design, creation of the visual identity, administrative procedures and building permit approval, technical studies, construction coordination, as well as cost and timeline management.

A large-scale project carried out with rigor and precision, in full respect of the building’s historical character.

The transformation of this Haussmannian apartment into an aesthetic center represented a genuine architectural challenge.

The objective was to preserve the elegance and proportions of the listed building — moldings, ceiling heights, and the rhythm of the openings — while integrating the technical requirements of a contemporary treatment space.

The conversion of former office premises into a beauty center required an in-depth feasibility study. The installation of multiple water points, technical networks, and specialized equipment demanded precise coordination in order to respect the existing structure and the building’s heritage constraints.

The spatial layout was designed to provide a fluid and intimate experience:

a central hair salon area, discreet treatment rooms, and a coherently integrated manicure and pedicure space — all within a refined and controlled atmosphere.

The construction phase involved close coordination between the various trades, rigorous budget monitoring, and precise schedule management within a technically demanding context.

Beyond interior architecture, extensive work was carried out on the venue’s visual identity to ensure complete coherence between brand image, space, and client experience.

A project where heritage, technical expertise, and aesthetic standards converge to create a discreet and highly refined beauty destination.
