Özge Gültekin Muz embodies excellence in the world of pastry, with a prestigious career that began at the renowned Pierre Hermé in Paris before opening her own boutique in Geneva. Her passion for “haute couture” pastry is reflected in each of her creations. Under the name “Parisserie,” a subtle play on words between Paris and Pâtisserie, Özge celebrates the heritage of the gastronomic capital while bringing a unique touch to her creations.

We were inspired by the creations of this talented pastry chef to create the decoration concept. Her macaroons, her entremets, her raspberry macaroonade.
The concept is in perfect harmony with her delicious pastries. Passionate about pink and red hues, her patisserie is reflected in every detail of the tea room.
Our tearoom is divided into three distinct spaces: a takeaway area at the entrance, a comfortable tea room and an elegant mezzanine equipped with a large marble guest table, perfect for special events.
The centrepiece of our décor is undoubtedly the red velvet banquette, custom-designed to offer optimum comfort while adding a touch of elegance to the space. In homage to the Parisian atmosphere, we chose the famous bistro tables with their wrought-iron legs and marble tops. For an extra touch of freshness and elegance, gold mirrors and touches of greenery complete the look.
